A shared timeline is created at the start of the project so expectations are clear

To help set clear expectations, the following items are not included in the base package:
Logo design or full brand identity design
Photography or custom imagery
Long form copywriting or full website content writing
Ongoing website management or maintenance after launch
Custom development outside of what Squarespace supports
Paid integrations, apps, or premium plugins
These items can be discussed and added as separate services or through referrals if needed.

Do you work on other platforms?
At this time, we focus primarily on Squarespace because it offers a stable, flexible platform that is simple for clients to manage after launch. We also have experience with WordPress and can discuss whether it is the right fit for your project during our discovery call.
Can you redesign my existing website instead of building from scratch?
Yes. If you already have a Squarespace site, we can refresh and restructure it as part of this service. Older platforms may require a rebuild.
Will I be able to update the site on my own later?
Yes. You will receive guidance or a recorded tutorial showing you how to make simple edits.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
Additional pages can be added for an additional fee. This will be included in your proposal.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Ongoing support is available as a separate service if you would like continued help after launch.
